Sign-in and purchase help

The App Store release will use Sign in with Apple and Apple-managed subscriptions. Use the same Apple account to restore purchases and the same app account associated with the subscription. You should not need to supply an OpenAI API key.

You can manage renewal through Apple’s subscription settings and request purchase help through Apple’s purchase-support service. Deleting an app or app account does not cancel a subscription.

If a viva pauses or feedback is delayed

Check your internet connection. If the app says your answer has been saved, keep the session open and use its retry option when available. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same answer. An interruption should not be treated as a clinical mark.

If the problem continues, contact support with the approximate time, app version, device model and the message shown. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or identifiable patient information.

Microphone, voice and camera

Check the app’s permissions in your device’s privacy settings, your selected microphone and speaker, and the volume. Close other applications that may be using the camera. For a clearer practice recording, place the camera at a comfortable height with your head and shoulders visible.

Examiner voices and characters are simulated. Camera coaching concerns visible framing and movement; it cannot judge personality, empathy or professional competence. Adapt any advice to your own communication style, disability and comfort.
